I was born in Billericay and now live by the coast in Southend. Essex has always been home, and it’s where I’ve built my reputation as a trusted Wedding DJ and Host.

Music has been part of my life since I was 14, when I first started DJing at local youth clubs and social events. What began as a passion quickly grew into a lifelong career built around bringing people together through music.

Experience That Matters

Over the years I’ve worked as a club DJ, festival DJ and radio presenter, and I’ve been fortunate enough to DJ in places like Ibiza, Croatia and New York.

That experience means I understand how to read a crowd, build energy and create unforgettable moments.

But weddings are different. They’re personal. They matter more. And that’s where my focus now lies.

I dedicate my time to creating relaxed, stylish wedding celebrations where families come together, the atmosphere builds naturally and the dancefloor stays full.

I’m a proud father of two grown up children and a very happy grandad. Family means everything to me, and I know just how important those shared moments are on a wedding day.

Your celebration isn’t just about music. It’s about generations dancing together, friends reconnecting and memories being created in real time.

A Little More About Me

I’m a lifelong music fan and regularly attend concerts and festivals, so I stay current while still loving the classics.

I’m also one of the very few vegan Wedding DJs in Essex, which matters to some couples planning a celebration that reflects their values.

And yes, I’m a Southend United season ticket holder too.

What a fantastic experience having Ian DJ/MC our wedding. He is such an experienced, calm and friendly professional, and I am so happy we managed to find his page!Ian's set up in our venue (a village hall) was so smooth and he worked really well with our other suppliers and musician. It was really important to us that we had someone experienced who could independently set up and get things working and running without us there as we did not have a wedding coordinator or venue host. Ian fit the bill perfectly and we honestly could not imagine our day without him now.Being a very anxious bride, I had a lot of specific requests and made changes and requests on the day. Ian handled these beautifully and was just such a reassuring and calm presence.Would highly recommend and cannot thank Ian enough for helping us to make such special memories. If we ever need a DJ again, we know who we will be calling!

We were absolutely blown away by how amazing Euan/Ian was as our Wedding DJ and MC. From start to finish, he was organised, fun and made our wedding day go so smoothly.We had our wedding reception at the Spread Eagle pub in Hackney. Euan was incredibly proactive, he went there personally to scope out the venue and introduce himself to the manager to coordinate his movements on the day. We also had a couple of fantastic calls with him in the lead up to discuss what we wanted on the day, details of the first dance and the sort of music we liked which was very reassuring. He even posted us a book he authored on picking wedding music - absolutely amazing!On the day of the wedding, he was such a fantastic charismatic MC. From the minute guests arrived he was welcoming guests and helping with the setups and coordination of the evening. He gave us a fantastic welcome and entrance as we were fashionably late!Euan lead the after dinner speeches and introduced everyone, even dealing with last minute changes with ease. This took us nicely to the first dance and evening music which he kept people engaged with all night.Without exaggeration, every wedding guest complimented the DJ. Many even assumed he was a close relative due to how friendly and involved he was throughout the celebration - What better compliment could you get!Our wedding day would not have been the same without him. Our only hope is that all weddings we attend from now on involve Euan!Mr and Mrs Cole x

We chose Ian because of his , professional and approachable nature and he got people up on the dance floor and really got the party going.
