Wedding DJ Chelmsford | Civil Ceremony at The Venue Essex

On 1st August, I had the pleasure of being the Wedding DJ for Collette and Rosie’s civil ceremony and evening celebration at The Venue, Chelmsford City Football Club.

It was my first time performing at this modern Essex wedding venue, and what an incredible night it turned out to be, full of love, laughter, and a packed dancefloor from start to finish.

A Celebration of Love and Music

Collette and Rosie wanted their wedding party to feel vibrant, inclusive, and full of positive energy, a reflection of their personalities.

They chose Better Together by Jack Johnson for their first dance, a perfect song for a couple whose connection is so natural and full of warmth.

From there, we went straight into a party playlist blending timeless soul classics, 90s Old Skool favourites, and current dance anthems.
