A Joyful Celebration at Stock Brook Manor, Billericay
Some weddings feel like coming home, and this one truly did. Tina and Steven’s big day took me back to Stock Brook Manor in Billericay, where I was the resident Wedding DJ for over ten years between 2005 and 2015. It’s a venue I know inside out, and it always feels special returning for another amazing celebration.
Creating the Perfect Party Atmosphere
When I first met Tina and Steven, they told me they wanted one thing above all else… a dancefloor that never emptied. That’s my kind of wedding brief! My motto has always been simple: smiles on faces and feet on dancefloors.
They booked my Evening Wedding DJ Package, and together we planned a playlist packed with energy, feel-good hits and those timeless songs that get everyone dancing — from the first track to the last.
The First Dance
As huge Lionel Richie fans, Tina and Steven chose “Stuck On You” for their first dance, a classic choice that set the perfect tone for the evening. Straight after, Tina shared a beautiful father–daughter dance to a custom mix I created of “My Girl” by The Temptations followed by “Isn’t She Lovely” by Stevie Wonder. It was one of those moments that had everyone smiling.

Returning to Stock Brook Manor after so many years reminded me why it’s such a popular choice for couples across Essex. The venue’s mix of elegance, great staff and stunning spaces makes it perfect for both intimate weddings and big celebrations.
Tina and Steven’s day had everything, laughter, emotion, and a packed dancefloor until the very last song. It was an unforgettable evening and a joy to be part of.
