A Perfect Summer Celebration at Coltsfoot Country Retreat
On Saturday 23rd June, I had the pleasure of being the Wedding DJ and Master of Ceremonies for Michelle and Ryan’s beautiful wedding at Coltsfoot Country Retreat, a rustic and romantic venue nestled in Datchworth near Knebworth, Hertfordshire.
Coltsfoot Country Retreat was the perfect backdrop for their relaxed countryside celebration, filled with laughter, sunshine, and unforgettable moments.
Michelle and Ryan booked my Wedding Breakfast & Evening DJ Service, which includes a grand entrance for the happy couple, background music during the wedding breakfast, use of my professional sound system for speeches and toasts, and a few fun interactive touches like my “Pearl of Wisdom” advice cards.
After the meal, it was a quick turnaround to transform the room for the evening party….. and what a night it was!
The First Dance
The couple chose “I Don’t Want To Miss A Thing” by Aerosmith, a song that holds special meaning for both of them and for Ryan’s mum.
It was a beautiful moment, that classic “movie kiss” in the middle of the dancefloor that had everyone cheering.
Afterwards, Michelle shared a lovely dance with her father to “Brown Eyed Girl” by Van Morrison, the perfect father–daughter song for a summer wedding.
